Per g Diflucortolone valerate 1 mg, chlorquinaldol 10 mg
Indications/Uses
Initial & interim treatment of corticoid-responsive dermatoses which are bacterially &/or mycotically infected as long as inflammatory symptoms predominate.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Apply bd-tds until remission, then once daily.
Contraindications
Tuberculous or syphilitic processes; viral diseases, 1st trimester of pregnancy.
Special Precautions
Avoid contact w/ eyes. Childn <4 yr (max 3 wk treatment). Do not apply to the face if rosacea or perioral dermatitis is present.
Adverse Reactions
Application to large body areas or for prolonged period: Skin atrophy; telangiectasia; striae & acneiform changes; perioral dermatitis, hypertrichosis, systemic effects; rarely, allergic skin reactions.
